The Paranello Multibot removes dust, pet hair and other dirt from your home carpets and hard floors. It goes under standard size furniture (beds, dressers, etc.) to reach where dust accumulates. It cleans your rooms in spiral, linear and zigzag pattern to better wipe all impurities.
The Multibot is also equipped with a mop that you can moisten with a cleaning solution to optimize cleaning of your tiles and linoleum floor. (Attention, the mop should be just moistened, not soaked in water).
What is the "Full Go" mode ?
The "Full Go" mode is particularly suitable for large houses. The Multibot starts cleaning once it is fully charged and returns to its base when it is completely flat for a new charging.
Is your Multibot noisy ?
No. Our robot is one of the quietest on the market, it does not exceed 55 db. !
On which type of floor can I use the Multibot ?
The Multibot can run on hardwood, linoleum, tile, concrete, and other hard surfaces, as well as low-pile carpets and rugs. Attention it might get entangled in rugs with big fringes.
Can the Multibot navigate through my rugs ?
Yes, the Multibot navigates rugs as well as regular floor. However, it cannot work rugs with too long fringes or hairs.
Can the Multibot clean my pets hair ?
The Multibot can remove hair and debris from your pets around the house. Remember to empty the dust container regularly.
Should I change the dust bags for my vacuum cleaner often ?
No! The Multibot doesn't use any dust bag. Simply empty the dust container regularly to ensure its proper operation.
How to recharge the Paranello Multibot ?
The Paranello Multibot automatically returns to its charging base when necessary. However, it must be able to find the loading dock : for this, make sure that the area around the dock base is empty of obstacles and easily accessible. You can also order him to return to its base (directly or via remote control), and charge it manually if you wish.
What is the Virtual Wall ?
The Virtual Wall enables the Multibot to clean the particular area you want to be cleaned and prevents that the robot enter any area you temporarily do not want to clean.
How to maintain my Multibot ?
To ensure a long life and smooth operations to your Multibot, we recommend regular maintenance : emptying the dust container and cleaning the filter, cleaning of the mop, brushes and obstacle sensors. (Before cleaning, turn the power off). A brush for maintenance is provided with the Multibot.
Also, to avoid the risk of overheating of the unit be sure to use the adapters that came with your robot. Keep it away from heat sources, flammable materials, and also from water and other liquids. Remember to remove the battery from the robot and other applications when you are not using the unit for a long time. Finally, for your safety do not approach your eyes from UV and infrared emitters when they are on.
Can the Multibot be used as a toy ?
To avoid any accident and to maintain the lifespan of the Multibot, we recommend that children be properly supervised and do not adopt it as a toy.

Does the Multibot have a guarantee ?
Yes, Paranello provides a 1 year guarantee from the date of reception of the Multibot. The battery has a standard 6 months warranty.
