    During first use, this might happen and will gradually disappear after some time of use.

  • How I can clean the soleplate of my Steam Station ?

    You can clean it with soapy warm water and a sponge used for non-grip surfaces. Use cream detergent and non-metallic sponge.

  • How can I be sure that the plate won’t stick to my clothes ?

    You must check that the thermostat is set at the correct temperature for the type of clothes you are planning to iron. If you feel that some unusual grip is occurring, please reduce the temperature.

  • How can I be sure that the steam won’t stain my clothes ?

    Please only use tap water at the right temperature. Paranello cannot be responsible for stains occurred during the use of extreme temperatures not adapted to the kind of textile you are ironing. Clean the tank every 10 uses.

  • How keep my Steam Station clean ?

    Clean, rinse and empty the tank every 10 uses to avoid any calcareous deposits in the tank.
